Return Eligibility
We understand that occasional issues can arise during transit. To best serve you, we accept return requests strictly within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Requests made outside this window cannot be accommodated.

• Change of mind or personal preference (design, color, size, finish).
• Minor color variations due to photography lighting or screen settings.
• Products that have been worn, used, or mishandled after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging.
• Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason.
• Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or non-returnable promotions.
Conditions for Approval
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure the item meets our condition requirements. The product must remain completely unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.
When preparing your return, please include the following:
- The original Vaika Jewels box or pouch
- All original tags intact
- The invoice or proof of purchase
- Any complimentary accessories or items included in the original shipment
The Unboxing Video Requirement
As part of our commitment to quality assurance, an unboxing video is essential for any claim regarding damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items. Please record a continuous video starting from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. Without this video, we may respectfully decline the return or refund request.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please reach out to our team within the 48-hour delivery window.
Please provide the following details in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item in question
- The unboxing video
Once our team thoroughly reviews your request, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status.
Shipping and Returns
Return Methods
Upon approval, we will guide you through the return shipping process. Depending on courier availability in your region, we will either arrange a pickup service or provide you with our facility address for self-shipping. If you are self-shipping, please pack the item securely to prevent any transit damage.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong, missing, or damaged item), Vaika Jewels will cover the return shipping costs or reimburse reasonable courier fees at our discretion. For any other approved exceptions, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and convenience fees are strictly non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Refund Process & Adjustments
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or an agreed-upon alternative) and typically take 1 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Potential Deductions: We reserve the right to adjust or reduce the refund amount under certain circumstances, including:
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Signs of customer-caused wear, use, or damage
- Refusal of prepaid or COD orders after dispatch
- Return to Origin (RTO) cases caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts
In these instances, deductions may include forward shipping, return shipping, COD charges, or standard restocking fees.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are subject to current stock availability and are exclusively reserved for cases where an incorrect or damaged item was received. If a replacement is unavailable, we will process your approved claim as a standard refund.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it is bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
Product Care & Policy Limitations
We design our jewelry with care, but its longevity depends heavily on proper maintenance. Vaika Jewels cannot assume responsibility for refunds or returns resulting from:
- Improper handling or incorrect storage after delivery
- Exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, or excessive heat
- Normal wear and tear or breakage following use
To maintain the integrity of our services for all customers, Vaika Jewels reserves the right to refuse any request if the claim appears inauthentic, if the product has been tampered with, or if the required proof is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.
