Shipping Policy – Vaika Jewels
At Vaika Jewels, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.
1. Order Processing Time
1) All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2) Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or during declared store closures.
3) During sale periods, festive seasons, product launches, or high-order-volume days, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Coverage
1) We currently ship across India.
2) International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on the website or confirmed by our team.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
1) After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.
2) Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.
3) Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
A)courier delays
B) weather conditions
C) strikes or transport disruptions
D) festivals or public holidays
E) incomplete address or contact details
4. Shipping Charges
1) Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
2) Vaika Jewels may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or cart values at its discretion.
3) Any shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable once the order is dispatched, except where required by law or in cases where Vaika Jewels is unable to fulfill the order.
5. Order Tracking
1) Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any available communication channel linked to your order.
2) Customers are responsible for checking the tracking updates and being available to receive the order.
6. Delivery Attempts
1) Our courier partners usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
2) If the order is not delivered because of:
A) customer unavailable
B) wrong or incomplete address
C) incorrect phone number
D) refusal to accept delivery
E) no response to courier calls/messages
the package may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
7. RTO / Reshipping
1) If an order is returned to us due to customer-related delivery issues, we may:
A) reship the order after confirming the corrected details, and/or
B) charge additional shipping/reshipping fees before sending it again.
2) If the customer does not want the order reshipped after an RTO, any refund, if approved, will be processed after deducting shipping, COD, handling, and return logistics charges.
8. Damaged Parcel at Delivery
A) If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, torn, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:
a) record an unboxing video
b) take clear photos of the parcel
c) Contact Vaika Jewels within 2 days of delivery
B) Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be rejected if proper proof is not provided.
9. Return Window Linked to Shipping
A) Vaika Jewels offers a 2-day return period from the date of delivery.
B) Customers must raise any return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
C) Return eligibility, approval, and conditions will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
D) Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
A) While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, Vaika Jewels is not liable for delays caused by:
a) courier partner issues
b) natural disasters
c) lockdowns or government restrictions
d) weather disruptions
e) regional service interruptions
f) events beyond our reasonable control
11. Incorrect Address / Contact Information
A) Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
B) Vaika Jewels is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect address, pincode, name, or mobile number entered by the customer.
12. Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
A) If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered on selected orders or pin codes:
a) COD availability may depend on order value, location, and past order history.
b) Vaika Jewels reserves the right to disable COD for any customer, location, or order at its discretion.
c) If a COD order is refused without valid reason, Vaika Jewels may restrict COD for future orders.
13. Cancellation of Orders
A) Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
B) Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly and will be treated according to our return/refund process.
C) Any shipping or COD charges already incurred after dispatch are non-refundable.
